Ensuring our customers have a stress-free and comfortable experience is of paramount importance to us. We offer travellers a meet-and-greet service, which minimises any potential concerns and anxiety when entering an unfamiliar and unpredictable region.

 

Our agents are authorised to meet delegates at the aircraft and assist in the arrival process - everything from luggage control to all airport and immigration protocols. The delegate is then handed over to a Proteqtus commanderfor a transfer to their hotel. Our teams are dedicated to our travellers for the duration of their stay.\

We are able to offer tailored and end-to-end secure mobility and close protection solutions, that address our customers’ safety and facilitate their ability to confidently conduct their business activities on the go.

 

At Proteqtus, we took on the task of designing a service that exceeds safety expectations and provides a level of hospitality which includes, and is not limited to, in-vehicle Wi-Fi access, first aid, refreshments, and snacks.

 

We have access to an array of soft-skin and armoured vehicles skilled drivers and commanders / Close Protection Officers (CPOs).

We operate in some challenging environments across Sub-Saharan Africa and internationally.  Depending on the risk profile of the client and the prevalent security climate, we may recommend executive protection. Our executive protection services consist of CPOs who are highly trained, tactical and where necessary, armed for the greater protection of our customers. These agents are selected through an intensive screening process including a deep dive into their wealth of experience of working in high-risk environments.

At Proteqtus we maintain stringent processes in vetting and sourcing our highly trained personnel, who have extensive on-the-ground knowledge. Drivers that are outsourced to our clients are provided on a 12 to 24-hour basis, ensuring a full-circle service to our customers.

 

Our manpower is well-paid, and their benefits include performance bonuses, medical aid, and paid vacation days, which we encourage them to take advantage of. We also provide our customers with a relief driver, during a primary driver's time off.
