That way, only authorised personnel, vehicles and materials are allowed to enter, move within, and/or leave a facility or area. Specifically, access control guards utilise a four-step process: detect, deter, observe and report.

Before taking on a customer site, our operations managers conduct a site vulnerability assessment, to better understand the risks associated with the site and the surrounding area. Our guards are trained to understand these risks, which help to identify, mitigate and manage potential risks.

 

Vulnerability assessments also help to get on the front foot in regard to risk mitigation, identifying loopholes and ensuring measures are in place, be it manned guarding or high-end technology.

We believe that the success of our customers relies on us attracting quality personnel that are best suited to each customer’s individual needs.

 

All potential candidates are subjected to theoretic, practical, and psychometric training and evaluation, and those earmarked for supervisory positions are also subjected to integrity and personal ability measurements. All our employees have been vetted before being deployed to our customer’s sites.
